How it all started?
Born in Italy, I began my education there and have always drawn inspiration from the cultures and artistic traditions that shaped the European landscape. I later moved to France — my second home — where I confirmed my desire to work in the arts. This path became clearer through the cinema program in high school, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, a civic service position within a production company, and a Master’s degree in Film Production. These experiences allowed me to deepen my understanding of culture and grasp the inner workings of the industry.
Alongside my studies, I have always felt a strong drive to initiate and create projects in order to put my knowledge into practice. I actively contributed to the creation of several associations, including Cam&Néon and Ciné-Astre, and founded my own company, Palombelli Movies. I have also served multiple times as a jury member at the Festival of Italian Cinema in Toulouse, and co-founded my own short film festival with Cam&Néon.
From a technical perspective, I began editing as a child through stop-motion and narrative videos made with Playmobil figures, later moving on to gaming videos using Sony Vegas and Premiere, and eventually exploring digital visual effects with After Effects. During my undergraduate studies in 2019, I discovered the software that would become my main creative tool: DaVinci Resolve, which allows me to manage the entire post-production workflow in one place. I now specialize in color grading and color correction.
On set, I have worked in many different roles: directing, production management, set design, special effects, lighting, sound recording, assistant directing — yet what I am most passionate about is cinematography. The many productions I have been involved in allowed me to become familiar with a wide range of cameras, including Canon, Sony, Panasonic, RED and ARRI systems. However, I particularly appreciate Blackmagic cameras for their accessibility and versatility.
Alongside filmmaking, I have always played and composed music, which naturally led me toward composing original scores for film.

Initially founded as an association in 2021 in Occitanie, then later as a GIE, Cam&Néon aims to create and share audiovisual works, as well as to bring together multiple creators for collaborative projects.
Our Festival
24h pour remonter le temps is a festival we created in 2021 in Occitanie with Cam&Néon. Its goal is to bring together young directors, technicians, and actors to write, shoot, and edit a film in just 24 hours, which is then screened in a cinema.
